A smile that is so contagious…


One of the oldest campers here this week is one of the campers that everyone loves to be around.

He’s always got a smile on his face, telling you that you are his friend and that he loves you. His name is Dewey O’Neal, and though he can’t hear or talk, that doesn’t stop him from letting people know that he likes you or that he wants to hold hands with you.

Dewey communicates with us through American Sign Language and some of us know bits and pieces of sign language (like myself), but Paden Walker is fluent and was put in Dewey’s group with him.
