Bocce is a precision sport closely related to bowls and pétanque with a common ancestry from ancient games played in the Roman Empire. Developed into its present form in Italy, it is played around Europe and also in overseas countries that have received Italian migrants, including the United States, Canada, and Australia, initially amongst the migrants themselves but slowly becoming more popular with their descendants and the wider community. Check out the video of the group playing bocce ball. It is 5:30 in length and a 9.5 mb download. The game ended in a tie. Both teams had a ball touching the white bocce ball.

I loved watching the AHIF videos from Camp this week! They are so professionally done and inspiring. You did a great job, and Camp looked like so much fun!!! Sandy Koplon, Director of Community Outreach AHIF
