For the coming week, I want to let you know we have many posts coming your way.

Later today, you’ll see another video from the Autism Parents / Family Weekend. These family weekends - for all disability groups - are becoming more and more popular. It makes sense. The weenends allow for sharing, bonding and learning. Nothing is better - and more fulfilling - than finding people with shared experiences and an empathetic ear.

Then, Monday through Wednesday, we’ll share a little tribute to our student volunteers. This weekend I was able to chat with three different groups from Auburn University, the University of Alabama-Birmingham, and Jacksonville State University. You’ll see Auburn on Monday, UAB on Tuesday and JSU on Wednesday.

Thursday, we’ll have video from this weekend’s activities and be preparing for our Friday luncheon. And, while we’re discussing the Friday luncheon, check out this page with a video from John Stephenson, ASCCA Administrator, about what is involved with being a member of the ASCCA Board of Directors.
