Alabama’s Special Camp for Children & Adults

Montgomery Rotary Makes Generous Donation

Over the weekend, members of the Camp ASCCA staff attended the 47th Annual Montgomery Rotary Club Charity Ball. This year’s event benefited Camp ASCCA.

This was the second time Camp ASCCA has been chosen to benefit from the charity ball, previously receiving the honor in 1995. The Montgomery Rotary Club, which has always been heavily involved with Camp ASSCA, presented Dana Rickman and John Stephenson with a $50,000 donation! These funds will go towards the new restrooms in our girl’s cabins, part of Project Renew.Montgomery Rotary Ball

We would like to thank the Montgomery Rotary Club for their outstanding commitment to Camp ASCCA and the campers we serve. They have shown, over the entire 31 year history of Camp ASCCA, unwavering dedication to our mission: To help children and adults with disabilities achieve equality, dignity, and maximum independence through a safe and quality program of camping recreation, and education in a year-round barrier free environment.
