The campers’ display of elation after the tubing activity lingered throughout the day yesterday.
…Unable to speak, Paul clapped his hands in excitement after a thrilling tube ride…
The waterfront counselors made the campers’ day as they took each willing camper on an exhilarating tube ride. Those on the shore could hear the participants’ laughter and cheers as they sped off across the lake.
Special education students from Rehobeth and Ashford schools were able to experience several levels of excitement yesterday as they tubed behind the boat, fished in the pond and interacted with various barnyard animals at the Demonstration Farm.
The long, fun-filled day left every camper exhausted by the time dinner was served, yet it was apparent that they were anticipating what fun has yet to come.
