A Great End to a Fun Week at Dadeville!

The Dadeville Campus has been hosting sessions for three weeks now, but last
night was my first chance to go to one of their dances. Alisha, Whitney and I drove to Dadeville in time for dinner (which was delicious, by the way) and stayed until the very last song.
…this week’s group will surely be missed…
Nurse Barbara and counselor Jessica Guthrie had decorated the gym during rest time with streamers, butterflies, and balloons. Everything was so festive! The night began with the breaking of a Shrek pinata, and then came the dancing and lots of picture-taking.
Head Counselor Nathan McNair was the dj and honored as many requests as he could. Rayford led the way for Quad City DJ’s “The Train,” and everyone joined in for the “Cha-Cha Slide” and “YMCA.”
The three of us were sad to leave, and this week’s group will surely be missed!
