As summer heads into full swing, Camp ASCCA would like to introduce you to our third Public Relations intern. Whitney Shiflett is a senior at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and is majoring in Communication Studies.

While looking for an internship, Whitney was looking for something that had meaning, something where she could help other people. That’s why she choose to intern at Camp ASCCA!
“I love working at Camp ASCCA, this is a very special place,” she said. Whitney says that she enjoys working at Camp ASCCA and that she wants everyone to know about it.
Whitney choose the right job at Camp ASCCA. As a PR intern, she gets to promote the camp and also interact with the campers. She says that she hopes many parents will visit the website and want to send their children to Camp ASCCA!
