Mr. Richard Bollinger and Mr. Tom Mann Visit Camp ASCCA

Many special people have come to visit and help out camp this week. Yesterday Mr. Richard Bollinger and Mr. Tom Mann came to sports camp to visit and put on a scuba diving class. Both serve on the Camp ASCCA Board and are members of the Montgomery Morning Rotary Club.

Mr. Tom Mann became involved with Camp ASCCA around eight or nine years ago when he started volunteering giving scuba diving lessons to the sports camp, he has served on the board for the past three years.
Mr. Mann got Mr. Bollinger involved with Camp ASCCA scuba lessons about seven years ago and he is serving his second year on the board and about to begin his first as Vice Chair of the board.
They came to camp yesterday to continue the tradition of giving scuba diving lessons to the campers of sports camp. They then went and visited some of the renovations that are taking place at camp. Mr. Mann told me he thinks Camp ASCCA is important because there really is no another camp like it.
Mr. Bollinger told me that Rotary is a great organization to support Camp ASCCA. He said “there is always things the campers need they need scholarships, they need new equipment and I think that is very important.” He said rotary such a large organization its really good to have some of them step in and help.
Camp ASCCA and all of its many campers are very glad Mr. Bollinger and Mr. Mann came to visit yesterday and the sports camp kids are very thankful for the scuba lessons!
