Some people say they dread Mondays, but not at Camp ASCCA! Why?
Because we know Mondays are just the beginning of five amazing days of fun! Yesterday at lunch, some campers even received awards for being extra-excited about all that Session 5 has in store!
Katie Stewart presented Chris Boyd with the Horseback Award, and Akiera Wilson, a Sickle Cell Camper, received the Tubing Award from Lalane. People can’t help but notice Britney Owens wherever she goes, and she must have really made an impression on Geni Payne. Her friendly, outgoing personality won her the Nature Award!
Corey had two reasons for giving Emily Frederick the Sports and Games Award–her awesome goalie skills and her cool dance moves! Nobody knows for sure if it was Ciera Boswell’s dazzling smile or her natural talent that won over the Adventure Staff, but they 
happily chose her as the Zipline Award recipient.
Lacee, with a little help from David the Turkey, chose Colton Behr for the Demo Farm Award. Colton won the turkey calling contest yesterday, and then he showed off for us on the microphone before returning to his seat. He was so good at turkey calling, we almost expected our sandwiches to fly off our plates!
