Josh Cole Makes Memories at Camp ASCCA

Camp ASCCA is too great of a place to keep it a secret, and word of mouth is exactly how Josh Cole found out about Camp ASCCA. Some friends of his at the University of Montevallo have worked here in previous summers, and Josh wanted to see it for himself!

Josh is one of our male counselors this summer, and he thinks that Camp ASCCA is special because it is a place where everyone can do what they want and really be themselves. Josh is a pretty funny guy, so it’s hard to say if Camp ASCCA helped him come out of his shell. Nevertheless, one of his favorite memories involves a turkey calling contest with one of his campers. Josh says people made him gobble all week!
Josh’s campers will certainly remember their fun times with him this summer, and they’ve all made their impression on him as well. He says he’s “amazed” at all he’s seen at Camp ASCCA!
