Camp receives Endowment Gift

Camp Administrator John Stephenson and I visited the Alexander Civitan Club last night for their Officer Installation and Awards Banquet. The event was held at the fellowship hall at Trinity United Methodist Church in Alexander City, AL.
We were very excited to have received a special presentation from the new 2007-2008 club President, Marian Campbell. Ms. Campbell generously handed John a donation representing a gift from her late aunt, Billie Clegg of Daviston, AL. The donation will be 
place in the Endowment Fund, whereas future generations of campers will be assured the benefits of camp! We are are very appreciative of Ms. Campbell and her family and wish her well as Civitan president and Jr. Civitan sponsor for the next year!
Speaking of her family, our own Judy Williams, former camp counselor and now important volunteer, is Marian’s cousin! We love the ladies in that family!
