Perfect Timing – A Gift Back to Rep. Graham!

As I’ve written before, our staff members having been visiting award recipients who have been selected by Camp ASCCA staff and volunteers for their generous contributions made in the 2007 year.
While visiting with Rep. Betty Carol Graham this morning in her office (see previous post), I had the chance to present to her a “Legislative Awardâ€. This award is presented to a person or persons for significant support through the local, state, and
federal legislative efforts that benefit Camp ASCCA. We greatly appreciate the ongoing support of our state legislatures and offer a special thanks to Rep. Graham.
The timing of my visit was perfect. Her administrative assistant, Jeannie Hammonds, and new D.A.R.E. officer for the Alexander City Police Dept., Officer Marcus Billups were also in the office to “witness†her award and further understand Rep. Graham’s contributions to her communities.
