Camp Seale Harris :: High in the sky

Campers signed up this morning to go to the High Ropes course which is the first time it has been opened this summer. The campers we very excited about getting to try out the course.

The campers first started out by pulling themselves up onto the main platform. They then climb up a log to make their way to the swinging bridge. After they make it across the bridge they make their way across the cargo net. Then comes one of the hardest elements, the vine, they have to walk across a wire using hanging ropes to balance. After they complete the vine, they walk down the final log making their way to the zip line.

This activity takes a lot of courage and cheering-on by their fellow campers to make it through. This is activity however gives you a great deal of confidence once you complete it, that if you put your mind to something no matter how hard it gets, you can make it!
