Teen Week ‘08 Starts Tomorrow!

It is the week for so many people.
Campers and counselors, alike, look forward to this week as that special experience - unlike any other.
Camp ASCCA hosts Teen Week ‘08 starting tomorrow, Sunday, July 13th. The week features Sports Camp (all week) and Prom (Thursday), along with all of our usual activities like tubing, horseback, zipline, swimming and more.
The Camp ASCCA Board of Directors meets on Thursday, too.
Thursday Activities
- In the morning, campers participate in recreation activities: zipline, pool, tubing, and horseback. Subject to change due to weather, preference of campers.
- Horsehoe Bend Church decorates with beautiful creations donated by Horseshoe Bend High School.
- During the afternoon: free choice of activities, but the girls typically get ready for the prom.
- We begin taking Prom pictures at 5:00 p.m.
- The banquet begins at 6:00 p.m. and then 6:45 p.m. we present camper awards.
- The dance starts at 7:15 p.m.
We’ll often have lots of visitors throughout the week. So, if you’re planning on coming up to camp, please call and let us know. We like to be ready for ya’!
Look for a lot of videos and photos from Danika, Kelli and Zeb, too. They’ll be really busy during what usually is our most active week of the year.
