Barbie:: Another ASCCA veteran camper

Last week, I had the chance to meet up with Barbie while she was cooling off at the pool. Barbie has been coming to Camp ASCCA for “a long time!”
Barbie enjoys many things about Camp ASCCA. She told me she likes coming because she learns how to do things like tubing and the zip line. She also enjoys being in the talent show. In fact, some of her fondest memories are from the talent shows. Most importantly, Barbie likes to have fun at camp!
Her favorite activity is horseback riding. She also really enjoys the ASCCA staff. She said the counselors are great because they help her out a lot and they let her have fun.
“I love it because you meet more people, they love you, comfort you, they are kind to you, and they understand where you’re coming from.”
Barbie will never forget camp. She absolutely loves it! She said she enjoys herself here and will be back next year.
