First Baptist of Alex City WMU Visit

On June 16th, I had the pleasure of visiting the Women’s Missionary Union at the First Baptist Church of Alexander City, AL. The ladies of the WMU were so gracious and kind that I could not wait to see them again!
Showing a genuine interest in Camp ASCCA, the ladies asked if they could visit as a group, and have a tour of the facilities. Camp ASCCA is open year-round, and welcomes visitors any time. So, on Monday the WMU “had a ball” while walking around camp, seeing the Environmental Center, and having lunch. Afterwards, they enjoyed having their monthly meeting in the dining hall.
The WMU ladies also surprised Camp ASCCA with a generous donation. So, on behalf of everyone at Camp ASCCA, I would like to thank the WMU for their support, interest, and generosity. It is truly appreciated!
