Today we experienced one of our hottest days yet. Our first full day of Session 7 was a fun one, and we had a ton of great things happening. This afternoon was scorching, and what better way to cool down than water activities?
For free choice, this afternoon, campers had the option of several activities. Many choose to partake in our water activities such as waterslide, splash pad, and pool. The waterslide is always a fun choice because it has a magnificent view of the lake, and music can be heard blasting from the speaker! At the splash pad, camper’s laughter flows throughout as they enjoy themselves in our mini water park! Also, water balloon wars are a big hit at the splash pad. Campers shoot water balloons at each other and their counselors, which always makes for an exciting time! Many others choose to hang out and relax in the pool. Whether working on their tan while floating or playing basketball, the pool is always the perfect way to beat the heat!
