We attended the West Georgia Transition Fair on February 1, 2022, in Carrollton, Ga. This transition fair was held for high school juniors, seniors, former students, and their parents.
The purpose of the fair is to promote successful transitions for students with disabilities from high school to post-secondary work, education, and living. We wanted to make sure they knew about their option for fun and learning in the camp environment!
The transition fair was sponsored by the West Georgia Transition Council, the Carroll County Exceptional Children’s Services, and area special education departments.
Located in Alabama on Lake Martin, Camp ASCCA offers campers a wide variety of traditional recreational and educational activities with a unique design for accessibility.
