Dancing Around the World

Everyone who’s been to Camp knows what happens after breakfast: morning rotations! This is when campers are split into groups and sent to two different activities around camp every day. Rotations have been a part of camp routine for a very long time, but today, we got to shake things up. After having breakfast at the beautiful lakeside patio, we skipped rotations to go to either the Bck4T or pool. Campers at the Bck4T enjoyed sports simulator games, arcade games, and a showing of Finding Nemo. Those at the pool played with beach balls or had swimming races. After lunch, our rest period was cut slightly short to give everyone time to get ready for the dance!

Everyone donned their finest tourist gear for a dance that travelled so far it was plain out of this world. Caleb, who wore a space suit, seemed to agree as he danced his night away. Vanessa’s stunning turquoise map dress also worked perfectly with the theme of this week. It was a night our campers and staff will never forget!
