Thirty Under 30 Award Recipient: Jacob Boyer

Our Adventure Program Specialist Jacob Boyer was awarded the 2020 Thirty Under 30 award! This award is given to young alumni of Pi Kappa Phi for their accomplishments in life after college. In order to qualify for this award you must have a commitment to fraternal values, distinguished achievements, and must be a young alumni in good standing. Boyer was of course above and beyond all of these qualifications.

Since graduating from Mississippi State University in 2016 with a degree in Special Education Boyer has been active in building relationship with people with disabilities. Throughout his career he has had the opportunity to assist hundreds of campers experience ziplines and climb an adaptive wall. Boyer says that his ultimate goal of his career is to improving people’s quality of life.

He was first interested in joining Pi Kappa Phi was their philanthropy, The Ability Experience. The Ability Experience strives to instill a passion for service and empowering those with disabilities.

We are so proud of Boyer for his receiving this award and for all that he has accomplished!
